Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kespra Technologies collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you use the V18 website, create an account, sign in with Google, connect an organisation account, or purchase a V18 plan.

Who we are

V18 is a digital protection service operated by Kespra Technologies. This website supports account registration, sign-in, organisation management, linked-user administration, and purchase of V18 digital protection plans.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your email address, username, encrypted password data, organisation name, communication email, town, city, state, country, contact number, and other details you submit through the website.

We may collect device-linked account information that is returned from our connected backend systems, including user IDs, linked device model details, organisation access windows, subscription dates, and account status information.

When you use Google sign-in, we may receive your Google account email address and limited profile information necessary to authenticate your session.

When you start a payment, we may store purchase-related details such as the selected plan, pricing ID, order number, payment status, and payment provider references. Payment instrument handling is performed by the payment provider and not by V18 unless expressly stated otherwise.

How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, authenticate sign-in, deliver password setup and password reset links, maintain organisation and branch records, process linked-user management requests, and enable paid access to V18 services.

We also use this information to prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, maintain audit records, support customer service, and improve the reliability and security of the service.

Google sign-in and third-party services

If you choose Google sign-in, your use of that sign-in flow is also subject to Google's terms and privacy practices. We only request and use the Google account data necessary to authenticate you and support access to your V18 account.

We also use third-party service providers for transaction emails and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent service providers according to their own legal terms.

Payments

Payments on the V18 website may be processed through PhonePe or another configured provider. We store order, attempt, and payment status records required to confirm payment, activate purchased access, support reconciliation, and respond to user support requests.

We do not intentionally store full card details or complete UPI credential secrets on the website unless a future feature explicitly requires it and is disclosed in this policy.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us deliver the service, including hosting providers, email delivery providers, authentication providers, and payment processors.

We may also disclose information where required by law, lawful request, court order, fraud prevention need, security response, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users, systems, or business.

Data retention

We retain account, subscription, organisation, audit, and payment records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, transaction history, support requirements, and applicable law.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and operational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and report suspected misuse promptly.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, update, or deletion of your information, or request help with account recovery, linked-account issues, or subscription questions.

Requests can be reviewed and limited where retention is required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or contractual reasons.

This policy is provided as a deployable website policy template for V18 and should be reviewed against your final production data flows, support process, and jurisdiction-specific legal requirements before launch.
