The current Android app requires Android 8.0 or later. Complete the app’s permission setup on the device you want to protect. This website manages accounts and access; it does not install protection on your device.
Do I need to install the app before buying?
Yes. Install and register V18 first, then use the same email to sign in to the website. A linked device is needed to select the target for an individual purchase.
What is the difference between the two account types?
Individuals can view linked devices and purchase access. Organisations can register an organisation, manage branches and add linked users with allowed access dates. Organisation registration includes an email with a username and password-setup link.
Can I see prices before creating an account?
Yes. The plans on this V18 page are loaded from the current catalogue. You can compare durations and prices before signing in. Sign-in and a linked device are required to complete a purchase.
What if my payment is pending or my device is missing?
Check your dashboard after payment confirmation. For a missing device, first check that the app and website use the same email. Contact us with your account email and, for payment issues, your order reference. Never send passwords or UPI PINs.
